2011 Camaro Launch Date
Production for the 2011 Camaro begins on June 7th. Final retail order entry is set for April 10th on the 2011 Camaro as well. What all of these means for you, the Camaro lover and owner, is that while there's no news on any changes being made for 2011 yet, they will have to be announced by April 10th or so, most likely no later than the 15th. As those days approach, we should be getting more and more news on what, if any, changes are being made for the 2011 model year. Keeping fingers crossed for something new and exciting over here, hope you are also!
Camaro Convertible Test Mule Shots
So, someone caught some spy images of a new Camaro Convertible test mule. The vehicle is obviously in the pre-production stages, but should not only lend some idea as to how the Chevy Camaro Convertible will look, but also some assurance to all those awaiting the vehicle that the testing and production of it are still happening and on schedule, it would appear. Personally, I like the tan top on the dark car, and think that the color combo there actually works really well for this Camaro. What do you think?
Camaro December Sales Numbers
Well, the Camaro is staying strong! A look at the December numbers for sales, and the 2009 production numbers are quiet impressive, and definitely offer a lot of hope towards GM's future. Let's also remember that the Camaro outsold the Mustang (by a considerable margin) for the 7th month in a row, which is its direct, popular, competitor. So, here's to selling another 60k+ Camaros in 2010 for you GM! If they want to guarantee improved numbers too they'll have to give the public new options. Maybe we'll see the return of the Z28 finally come to fruition this year! We can only hope!
